A 350,000 square foot shopping center with Kroger Marketplace (135,000 ft) as the anchor tenant and accompanied by TJ Maxx, Ulta Beauty, LA Fitness, Petco, MOD Pizza, Qdoba, Sherwin Williams, and Five Below. Gen-Co was also responsible for the placement of the utilities for the project which included state of the art LED site lighting.
Gen-Co was instrumental in the design and build process of the entire center. Site lighting around the center was a key component in the design. We wanted double the normal lighting levels in a parking lot and when it was complete we were not disappointed. Customers comment always to me on how bright it is around the center.
