This project was design build where an existing Sam’s Club Warehouse was converted to a multitenant facility with Harley being the main tenant. (approximately 104,000 sq. ft.) Gen-Co provided design services and the installation of all power distribution, converting the interior and exterior lighting to LED, and low voltage controls.
