Gen-Co provided design and construction services for a 275,000 square foot distribution center with ninety percent of the facility operated as a low temperature freezer. With the latest technology Gen-Co was able to control the refrigeration to help conserve energy . We also incorporated a 1.5 meg generator for backup power. Gen-Co has also assisted in design and provided construction of the 300,000 square foot facility located directly across the street from the new location.
This is the second facility I have done with Gen-Co and they are my go to guys. Fair and honest as the day is long. It is always a pleasure working with them.
